Works is a spacious city centre apartment with original features. The spacious apartment has one double bedroom and one twin bedded room sleeping six in total, if the double sofa bed is used. A small single fold up bed is also available.This 1st floor, self catering warehouse conversion is located in the heart of Manchester at Paradise Wharf and just minutes from the Piccadilly Train Station and close to good restaurants and Pubs.
It is designed to be extremely comfortable comprising of a fully fitted kitchen with built in appliances such as washing machine & dryer. All apartments have bed linen and towels provided and come with travel cot and high chair.
The modern fitted kitchen comprises of a washing machine, fridge freezer and all cooking utensils, including pots & pans, microwave, kettle & toaster. The property also has a dining table & chairs, vacuum cleaner, dust pan, brush, and iron. Other facilities include: complimentary WiFi, telephone, central heating, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, double glazing.
The living room has a double sofa bed, coffee table, Freeview TV, DVD & CD player, side board. Both bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, set of draws, side tables and reading lamps.

Multi-storey tel. 0791-743-6589. They are fully staffed 24 hours a day and is just a 2 minute walk from the apartments, tariffs are £5 for 12 hours, £8 for 24 hours and £30 for the week, with pay on entry. They also offer 72 hour 12pm Friday – 12pm Monday specials at £15.
Alternatively, we can now offer open air parking at £5 per day and £25 per week in 21 Ducie Street M1 2JB car park, which is directly opposite the flats, but please notify us in advance as this must be arranged. For more information please go to www.towncentrecarparks.com.
There is also free on-street parking from 8 pm - 8am Monday – Sunday but a meter charge of £5.40 for 2 hours max. is payable during the day.
Trains leave directly to apartments from the airport or hire a taxi from approx £20 taking you directly to the door of the apartments.
