The booking enquiry form enables you to send us details of your required booking. Complete the form (below) after you accept the Terms and Conditions, and press 'Submit' to send. We will then contact you by telephone or email to confirm total cost and availability and obtain your credit or debit card details. A confirmation with directions, access instructions will then be sent by email.

We will then hold the apartment for you until 4 weeks before you are due to arrive 30% holding deposit is required. You may cancel your booking at any time until then at no cost. At that point (or immediately for bookings within 4 weeks) we will debit the full cost of your stay (plus 30% security deposit if not already paid see terms and conditions) from your card, and from then on your booking will be fixed.

About 2 weeks before your stay we will send a set of keys to your nominated address.  Alternatively you may choose to collect the keys on your arrival in Manchester from an agent close to the apartments (Monday to Friday only, between 0900 and 1800). In all cases you return the keys to us after your stay, in a postage paid envelope.

Refundable  deposits
30%Security returnable deposit to cover any breakages, damage or loss of keys.
Prices include
Towels, heating, bed linen (including for sofa beds), and internet costs are all included. 
A weekly service & linen change is included for bookings of more than one week.
Additional servicing is available upon request for an additional cost.
